"Japanese Night View Series No 4"

The fourth series depict the night view of Chubu and Kinki region following the last series.
    
    
  1. Osaka Bay viewed from Kikuseidai on Mt. Maya.
  2. Osaka Bay viewed from Kikuseidai on Mt. Maya.
  3. Wakakusa Yamayaki (grass burning festival). Burning up the entire hill of Mt. Wakakusayama, also known as Mikasayama, this New Year event is held every year on the fourth Saturday of January.
  4. Nabana no Sato on the island of Nagashima in Kuwana City.
  5. Hashiguiiwa Rocks (Bridge Pillar Rocks) in Yoshino–Kumano National Park. (This rocks are also shown on the postage stamp denomination 16.00 of the 1949 National Parks series.)
  6. Unazuki Onsen, located at the mouth of the Kurobe Valley.
  7. Laguna Ten Bosch (Amusement Complex).
  8. Illuminations of Shiroyone Senmaida. Shiroyone Senmaida (A Thousand Rice Paddies in Shiroyone) is the area of rice terraces located in Shiroyone town, Wajima City of Ishikawa Prefecture. The rice paddies twinkle in the darkness with 21'000 Solar LEDs every night from mid-October to mid-March.
  9. Echizen city and Sabae city viewed from Mt. Murakuni.
  10. Gakunan Electric Train. It is a Japanese railway line between Yoshiwara and Gakunan-Enoo, all within the industrial area of Fuji in Shizuoka Prefecture.
