The Kitzsteinhorn is a 3'203 m high mountain within the Glockner Group, which is a subrange of the Austrian Central Alps. The Glockner Group belongs to the Austrian region of Hohe Tauern. The summit is connected by the Kaprun Gletscherbahnen (Glacier Railways), from the valley station at 911 m.
