On 15 and 16 October 2016 was held the 40th edition of Marcophilex in Jurançon. To accompany this event, a variable value stamp was available at the museum. It has been marked by the theme of the event in tribute to the balloonists of the Siege of Paris (Albert Tissandier, the 12th balloon pilot, the "Jean-Bart No. 1" October 14, 1870, who died in Jurançon in 1906 and Alexandre Prince, born in Jurançon in 1843, which disappeared on a mission aboard the 34th ball of the siege of Paris, "Jacquard").

The Siege of Paris balloon service is illustrated on the left, in the center is shown the river Gave de Pau, which crosses the city, at the right is one of the oldest postmark of the city Jurançon dated 1926 and in the background the Pyrenees with the Pic du Midi d'Ossau.
