Shivling 6'534 m

The Shivling is a mountain in the Gangotri Group in the western Garhwal Himalaya and is a sacred peak for the hindus.

The Shivling is situated about 12 kilometres in the west of the Bhagirathi Range and about 15 kilometres in the north-west of the Kedarnath peaks.

First Ascent: 03.06.1974, Hukam Singh (leader), Laxman Singh, Ang Tharkey, Pemba Tharkey and Pasang Sherpa.
