Fujairah 1972, VII Olympic Winter Games in Cortina d' Ampezzo.
The stylized mountain on the Fujairah stamp, which reproposes the official poster for the Cortina 1956 Winter Olympics, is precisely the Pomagagnon. The lower part of the drawing is the bell tower of the church of Saints Giacomo and Filippo in Cortina. The poster was designed by the Italian artist Franco Rondinelli.

The stamps was issued in the series "Olympic Winter Games 1924 - 1972".
