The Mt. Rempart at approximalely 777 m is an iconic peak on the western coast of Mauritius. It is, as all other mountains on Mauritius, a remnant of the ancient caldera that formed the island millions of years ago. Les Trois Mamelles (“Three Breasts” / appr. 713 m) form together with Mt.
