Seaward Kaikoura Range

The Kaikora Ranges are two ranges of about 100 kilometres, seperated by the Clarence Valley stretching in south-westerly direction. They are known as the Inland Kaikoura Range and Seaward Kaikoura Range.

The highest summit of the Seaward Kaikoura Range is the Manakau (2'610 m).

The stamp was issued gummed in sheets of 50 stamps 13:13 and self-adhesive (die-cut) in booklets of 5 stamps.
The gummed stamp was issued again in the miniature sheet "STAMP ODYSSEY 2001".
