Palau — Palau Natural Arches
Palau is an island nation located approximately 800 kilometres in the east of the Philippines. It is composed of a group of islands spread over approximately 459 square kilometres of the Pacific Ocean. The highest elevation is Mt. Ngerchelchauus 242 m on the main island Babeldaob.

The Rock Islands Southern Lagoon consists of numerous large and small forested limestone islands, scattered within a marine lagoon protected by a barrier reef. The property lies within Koror State, just to the south of Palau’s main volcanic island Babeldaob. The Rock Islands has been a World Heritage Site since 2012.
