Altai
The stamp features the river Shavla, the mountain Beauty (Chuya Alps, Mt. Krasavitsa)and the top of a hair-slide in the shape of a deer.

The Amur region
The stamp features the Zeisk hydroelectric power plant and the flowers of lotos which is spread in the Far East. On the left there is a bronze statue of N.N. Muraviyov-Amurskiy, who was a governor general of Eastern Siberia in 1847-1861 (by A.M. Opekushin, 1891).

The Karachayevo-Circassian Republic.
(located in the Northern Caucasus)
The stamp features the the statue "Goryanka" in Karachayevsk with mountains (viewpoint unknown) in the background and the hostel "The Sunny Valley" in the Dombai ski resort.

The Sakhalin region
The stamp features the rocks "Three Brothers", a fur-seal rookery (Sakhalin Island) and a schematic picture of the Sakhalin region.

The Khakasia Republic
The stamp features the Khakasia national park, Shunet Lake, the national Khakasian ornament and "The Epical Hero" of the Khakasian tales.
