The Swiss miniaturesheet shows a view from the Lueg (Heiligenlandhubel) in the municipality of Affoltern im Emmental.
The Lueg is a 887 metres high hill along the road between the villages Wynigen and Affoltern. The hill offers a magnificent view towards the Bernese Alps. On its top there is the Lueg monument, which was erected (1921) in memory of the 54 Bernese cavalrymen who were victims of the flu epidemy of 1918.

The community of Sainte-Croix is situated high up in the Vaudois Jura mountains and enjoys a fantastic panorama view of the “Jura balcony” towards the Alps. The view ranges from the Urner Alps in the east to the Mont Blanc massif in the south.
The front of the card features an old photo of Sainte-Croix’s railway station.
The Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are depicted as illustration on a miniaturesheet in the series "Henry Dunant – Founder of the International Red Cross" (2013).
