The Haldi (1'100 - 1'400 metres) is an alpine settlement of the municipality Schattdorf and is located about 600 metres above the valley floor. It can be reached by foot in 1.5 hours or by cable car from the valley station in Schattdorf. The small hill with the Haldi chapel (built 1932) is easily reachable in a 30 - 45 minutes walk from the top station of the cable car and offers a fine 360 panoramic view.
